When parts of your brain work too hard or not at all, you notice it in your mood. You worry more or you have a shorter fuse. Mindfulness is a skill that balances your brain. This makes it easier to focus and to deal with pressure from within (self-criticism) and/or from an external source (work). In this program you learn to practice mindfulness so that it becomes a skill that improves your life. Your coach is a certified mindfulness trainer and the coaching is via video appointments and online.
