Who this program is for

For employees experiencing menopausal symptoms.

A menopause consultant is a registered nurse who has completed an accredited postgraduate qualification in menopause care. During a personal consultation, she discusses your symptoms and advises you on how to manage the menopause more effectively. She explores whether your symptoms may be related to your lifestyle and/or hormonal changes, answers your questions, and discusses which treatment options may be suitable for your situation. You gain recognition and a better understanding of your symptoms, along with practical tools to help you manage them.

Consultation details – What to expect:

  • A one-on-one video consultation with a menopause consultant.
  • Learn how your body is changing and what you can do about it.
  • Together, you’ll explore whether your symptoms are related to hormones or lifestyle.
  • You’ll receive practical treatment options and tips you can apply right away.

Before the consultation, you complete a short intake form and a questionnaire about possible menopause-related symptoms via the MyDailyLifestyle app or website. During the consultation, you discuss the results in detail with the menopause consultant, so that the advice is tailored to your personal situation.

How can I register?
Great to have you join us! Choose the programme that suits you best. Enter the email address you would like to register with (work or personal), or the email address you already have an account with. Then complete the form with the additional information we need to finalise your registration. After submitting the form, you will receive an email asking you to confirm your email address. Once you have confirmed your email address, you will receive a confirmation of your registration within a few minutes.
When can I start the program?
Whenever you like! In the registration form, you can indicate your preferred start date. In most cases, we can accommodate your preferred start date, even if you would like to start tomorrow, with the exception of weekends.
Is my participation confidential?
Yes. When you register for a programme, you create your own personal account, which you use to communicate directly with your coach. Your employer does not have access to the system and will not receive any information about your personal situation or your conversations and exchanges with your coach.
Do I have to pay to participate?
No, participation in the programme is completely free of charge for you. Your employer covers the costs, so you can participate in the programme without any financial barriers. We do expect you to actively participate and make a commitment throughout the programme.
