Over the course of 24 weeks, you’ll change your lifestyle with personalized coaching from a dietitian.
Together, you’ll work toward a healthy lifestyle and a healthy weight.
In the first few weeks, you’ll follow a low-carb diet; afterward, carbohydrates will be gradually reintroduced.
You’ll receive weekly information and complete activities designed to help you achieve your goals.
Support includes in-person sessions, video calls, and online coaching.
