If you have previously participated in any of the programs at MyDailyLifestyle, you can now sign up for a follow-up trajectory. You can choose from an 8-week program focusing on nutrition, sleep, or physical activity. If your BMI is higher than 30, you are eligible to enroll in the 24-week follow-up program "Stay on Track." Under the guidance of a dietitian, you will embark on a responsible journey toward a healthier weight. Of course, if you feel the need for a conversation with one of our coaches, you can opt for a discussion with the lifestyle coach, dietitian, or menopausal consultant.
