Program details – What to expect:

  • Personal guidance from a certified quit-smoking coach.
  • In the first 5 weeks, you’ll prepare for and take the step to stop smoking.
  • The following 9 weeks focus on staying smoke-free and building a healthier lifestyle to prevent relapse.
  • Coaching is provided via video sessions and online support.
