Program details – What to expect:

  • Personal guidance from a lifestyle coach.
  • During the intake, your lifestyle and symptoms are discussed to help you choose the module that fits you best.
  • Choose from four modules: nutrition, exercise, sleep, and/or mental wellbeing — each lasting 4 weeks.
  • Coaching is provided via video calls and online support.
